Over the past 20 years we have worked with many different industries, in the Public and Private sectors, at home in Ireland, in Europe, the U.S. and Middle East. When designing our programmes, we are very mindful of the importance of local culture, both at an organization and individual level.
Recognise that the needs of individual’s differ
At an individual level, we apply psychometric tools to help our clients develop a higher degree of self-awareness. We then agree on the relevance of all planned learning and development exercises to the individual’s present roles and goals, career and personal growth.
Learning occurs by “doing” through a series of interesting, relevant and practical workshop based, or one on one activities. Participants receive workbooks and learning logs to support on-going practice, application and review. Action plans are made at the conclusion of every session to apply the learning in the workplace.
The overall purpose of the process is to embed the learning and to ensure that the new skills are used in a practical, meaningful and measurable fashion. We operate a rigorous Evaluation Process, including post course follow up, to measure the effectiveness of delivery and the application of learning to the workplace.
All of the assessment and psychometric tools we use have global recognition and scientific reliability. The up to date tools and techniques that we apply in our selection processes, consultancy activities and development programmes are well tried and tested and are recognised internationally.
