The various training sessions can be delivered as stand - alone workshops or as a modular programme. We tailor the workshops to suit any group size up to 12 individuals. We will also work with you to include work issues as case study material. This improves the relevance of the learning as participants apply the new skills to real work settings.
At the conclusion of every workshop we help course participants make plans to apply the learning and new skill sets back in the workplace in a practical manner. We provide learning logs and personal development planners to help them in this regard and are available for back up support as required.
