Organisation Development Consultant
Catherine Vaughan has consulting since 1997. Initially she was a Partner in Sheppard Moscow LLP and since 2004 she has had her own business.
Over the years Catherine has worked with clients in all sectors of the economy in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA. She helps leaders to plan and build commitment to change, and to build strong and effective teams. In addition she designs and delivers personal development programmes for leaders in areas such as leadership, influencing, consulting, coaching and facilitation.
Catherine also specialises in Women’s Leadership and Executive Coaching.
Professional Qualifications and memberships
Catherine holds a BA in Psychology from UCD. She is a licensed Lead on The Positive Power and Influence Programme, a Licensed user of Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF and OPQ Aptitude and Personality Instruments Administrator.
In addition Catherine has trained in the Torbert Leadership Maturity framework, in Process Consulting with the Gestalt Institute of London as well as in using Story Telling and The Creative Process as catalysts for change.
Her clients include The Wheel, COPE Foundation, Lloyds Banking Group (UK), IBM (UK),
University College Dublin, Vodafone, Trócaire and Human Dignity Foundation.
