At pre-determined intervals or at the conclusion of the coaching engagement we will jointly assess the responses, actions, implementation of learning and results or accomplishments achieved against the goals set. We use both qualitative and quantitative methods (See Evaluation Process in Resource Centre).
Upon completing the planned coaching sessions we will agree whatever steps are necessary to ensure that the client will be able to continue his/her development. Applying the results of the coaching within the context of the client’s long-term development is an important part of this process. We may also recommend a range of internal and external resources relevant to the
client’s long-term development needs. In most cases, transitioning to longer term development includes handing off the development plan to the client’s manager.
